Returns and Refunds

Unopened cans
If you're not happy with your order, you can return unopened cans within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us first so we can send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return.

Opened cans
For food safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened product.

Subscription renewals
If a renewal was charged and you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge. If the order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund it. If it has already shipped, the unopened-can policy above applies. To manage or cancel your subscription, see our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
